tips for good facial..

Cleanse, tone, moisturize. Even a 12-year-old kid should know that and follow the steps on a daily basis. But as we grow older, our face needed more Tender, Love and Care apart from the 3 basic steps. Here are some tips for a good facial routine.
First of all, after cleansing the skin and prep it with toner, right before our moisturizer, we should use the eye cream! Eye area is an extremely sensitive area, the skin on that area is roughly 4 times thinner than the rest of our face; therefore it needs a little more attention than the other parts of your face. Take one blob of the eye cream (or gel, for the younger age group), place it on our ring finger (the fourth one) and then gently pat it on the under eye area. Try not to pull or massage very hard on that area as it may cause wrinkles or fine lines. Dab lightly around the eye until the cream is fully absorbed. You must choose the suitable eye cream because if it's too oily or heavy for your skin it may cause oil seed to grow.
Then, you can proceed with moisturizer as usual, and remember to put on sunscreen as your daily routine. It is absolutely necessary to apply sunscreen no matter how young or old you are or if you're just spending most of your time indoor. The powerful UV ray may penetrate the window and harm your skin. The UV rays consist of UVA and UVB. UVA is the shorter rays from the sun, as in it may only harm our skin if you're at outdoor or when you are directly under the sun. The UVB, with the longer rays is much more harmful to our skin because it will penetrate through the window and damage your skin easily. Therefore, when purchasing a sunscreen, make sure that you check if the product helps to prevent from UVA as well as UVB. You can go for SPF 15 if you spend most of the time indoor and choose at least SPF 30 if you are having outdoor activities under the sun. Always remember to apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going out and reapplying it every 45 to 60 minutes although the product claimed to be water resistant. In addition, also take note that the PA++ or PA +++ is also important; so far PA+++ is the best, which provides more protection than the other.
